1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to TEMPLEO (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing and using our website at https://templeo.blog (the “Site”) and purchasing or downloading any digital products (“Products”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Site or purchase our Products.

2. About TEMPLEO

TEMPLEO provides premium WordPress templates, themes, and digital assets curated by a professional web designer with 10+ years of experience. Our Products are designed to help individuals and businesses create professional websites efficiently.

3. License Agreement

3.1. Grant of License

Upon purchase, TEMPLEO grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-use license to use the purchased Product under the following conditions:

  • Single Website: One license grants you the right to use the Product on one (1) live WordPress website (domain).
  • Unlimited Staging/Development: You may install the Product on unlimited staging/development sites for testing purposes.
  • Client Use: If you are a designer/developer, you may use the Product for a client’s website, but the license is tied to that specific client’s final website. You cannot reuse the same license for multiple clients.
  • Modifications: You may modify the Product to suit your specific needs.

3.2. License Restrictions

You are EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED from:

  • Redistributing, reselling, licensing, sublicensing, or transferring the Product in any form (modified or unmodified).
  • Including the Product in any website builder, theme, template, or digital product marketplace.
  • Using the Product in a “website as a service” (WAAS) or “software as a service” (SAAS) offering where end users pay a recurring fee to access a website built with our Product.
  • Sharing your license key or download links with others.
  • Using the Product for any illegal purpose or to create pornographic, defamatory, or hate-speech content.

4. Product Delivery

  • After successful payment, you will receive an email with download instructions and a license key.
  • Digital products are delivered instantly via electronic download.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your email address is correct and that our emails are not blocked by spam filters.

5. Payment & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
  • We accept major credit cards and PayPal.
  • Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment providers.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our Products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a Product has been downloaded, as it cannot be “returned.”

Exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion if:

  • The Product is technically defective and we cannot provide a working solution.
  • You have not downloaded the Product and request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

7. Support & Updates

  • Support Scope: We provide support for installation, basic configuration, and documentation-related questions via support@templeo.com.
  • What Support Does NOT Include: Customization, CSS/HTML/PHP coding, third-party plugin conflicts, or server-related issues.
  • Updates: License holders receive free updates for the Product for the period specified at purchase (typically 1 year). To continue receiving updates after this period, you may need to renew your license at a discounted rate.
  • Response Time: We aim to respond to support requests within 2 business days.

8. Intellectual Property

  • TEMPLEO’s Rights: We retain all copyright, trademark, and intellectual property rights to the Products, including all code, design, graphics, and documentation.
  • Your Content: You retain all rights to the content, images, and text you add to your website using our Products.
  • Attribution: You may remove any “Designed by” or “Powered by” credits in the footer, unless otherwise specified in the Product documentation.

9. Third-Party Components

Some Products may include or recommend third-party plugins, fonts, or assets that are subject to their own licenses. You are responsible for complying with any third-party license terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Products will meet your specific requirements.
  • The Products will be error-free, secure, or available uninterrupted.
  • The results obtained from using the Products will be effective or reliable.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEMPLEO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Site or Products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or the Products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product in question.

12. Termination

We may terminate your license and access to support/updates if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Product and destroy all copies.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site or Products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
